  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped Italian parsley
  • Few handfuls arugula
  • Kosher salt and fresh black pepper

  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
