  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese instead)
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 bell pepper diced (any color)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 pound turkey sausage (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
