  • 5 ripe Roma tomatoes sliced or 4 large vine-ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup baked ham
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives
  • 3/4 cup Romano cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/8 cup white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
