  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) creamy potato soup
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 rounds of pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
