2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil
1 pound chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and diced carrots blend
1 cup canned sweet corn
1/2 cup green onions
4 garlic cloves minced
3 large eggs
4 cups cooked rice white or brown
4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
Salt and pepper optional and to taste
