  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • black pepper to taste
