  • 1/2 cup protein powder (whey protein works best)
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cup milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil (I use avocado oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
