  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced, white parts only
  • 10 ounces canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon chili powder, or to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups Mexican-style taco shredded cheese
