BAKED CHICKEN RICOTTA MEATBALLS

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cooking cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
