MITCHELL’S MOZZARELLA MARINARA PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- Use a baking steel or baking stone and heat on high broil for 30 minutes.
- Lightly flour a pizza peel before laying out the dough on the peel with an inch of dough hanging over so it grabs the cooking surface and slides off.
- Turn the oven to 450° F.
- Add marinara sauce to pizza dough. Tear cheese from ball and spread over marinara.
- Place in the oven on desired cooking surface for 5-8 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil before cutting.
