MUFFIE’S MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb of Ground beef or Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Romano/Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of Milk
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 jar of Tomato sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix it well.
  2. Roll into balls, Danielle likes small ones.
  3. Line broil pan with olive oil
  4. Broil meatballs until brown outside. Turn over half way. Should be no longer than 10 min.
  5. Heat up tomato sauce until almost boiling.
  6. Place the meatballs in sauce and cook for 30 min. Stir occasionally.
