MITCHELL’S MOZZARELLA MARINARA PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. pizza dough

  • Marinara sauce

  • Fresh mozzarella

  • Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Use a baking steel or baking stone and heat on high broil for 30 minutes.
  2. Lightly flour a pizza peel before laying out the dough on the peel with an inch of dough hanging over so it grabs the cooking surface and slides off.
  3. Turn the oven to 450° F.
  4. Add marinara sauce to pizza dough. Tear cheese from ball and spread over marinara.
  5. Place in the oven on desired cooking surface for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil before cutting.
