HEALTHY GREEK PITA

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 whole wheat flat bread
  • 1 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, pepper, dill
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Brown the ground meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop all the vegetables.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the pressed garlic, 1/2 t dill, 1/2 t salt and pepper (you can increase the amount to season the sauce).
  4. Layer your pita like in the picture: Flat bread, meat, veggies, and yogurt sauce.
  5. Divide all ingredients into 4 servings.
