FARMHOUSE SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Fresh mozzarella balls
  • Grape Tomatoes, chopped
  • Two bell peppers, chopped
  • Cucumber, chopped
  • Pepperoni, sliced thin
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Balsamic glaze
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Chop the romaine and iceberg lettuce into small pieces, place in large bowl.
  2. In separate columns, top with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and pepperoni, then finished with a balsamic glaze.
