1 small onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ cups frozen vegetables carrot, peas, corn, etc
4 cups cooked and chilled white rice
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce more or less to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Sliced green onions for garnish
