INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound ground chorizo (homemade recipe here)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pound red potatoes, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional for serving: 2-3 green onions, salsa, avocado
