CHICKEN PARMESAN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups of chicken, shredded
  • 1 jar (28 oz) of marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of Panko
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Pasta, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
  2. Place chicken in a greased casserole dish
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and mix evenly
  4. Spread Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese over the sauce
  5. In a small bowl, mix panko, oil, basil, and parsley together. Spread over casserole
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve over pasta if desired.
