INSTRUCTIONS
- Place frozen acai packet, frozen berries, almond milk, and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until until frozen fruit is ground up. Add more almond milk if it’s too thick or more frozen fruit if it’s too thin.
- Divide the peanut butter and spread onto the bottom of two bowls. Top each bowl with the granola.
- Next, divide the blended smoothie mix into the two bowls on top of the granola and peanut butter.
- Garnish with the fresh fruit and coconut.
