CAFE LA REINE INSPIRED ACAI BOWL

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Acai frozen packet

  • .5 – 1 cup of frozen berries (depending on desired consistency)

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup Granola (Store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • Coconut flakes for garnishing

  • Fresh fruit (I use bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place frozen acai packet, frozen berries, almond milk, and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until until frozen fruit is ground up. Add more almond milk if it’s too thick or more frozen fruit if it’s too thin.
  2. Divide the peanut butter and spread onto the bottom of two bowls. Top each bowl with the granola.
  3. Next, divide the blended smoothie mix into the two bowls on top of the granola and peanut butter.
  4. Garnish with the fresh fruit and coconut.
