BREAKFAST TACOS

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 6-inch tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Whisk eggs and scramble in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Warm tortillas on a pan or in the microwave.
  3. Slice avocado.
  4. Divide egg mixture and salsa evenly between tortillas and wrap.
  5. Top with sliced avocado.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
