1 cup plain Greek yogurt – full-fat recommended
3 cloves garlic – minced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon fresh dill – minced
salt + pepper – to taste
4 pita or flat bread
2 tomatoes – quartered or sliced
¼ red onion – thinly sliced
